Studio Policies
Registration must be completed online or in person, and is on a first come, first serve basis. A space is not guaranteed until the registration and first installment of tuition is paid. You are welcome to join the wait-list for any classes that are full, and we will let you know if a space becomes available!
Classes are subject to cancellation or schedule change if enrollment does not meet the minimum requirements. We will do our best to get you into a different class, or issue a refund or credit if we need to cancel the class.
Tuition fees are non-refundable. The only exception to this policy is if we cancel a class, in which case you will be offered a refund or credit towards another class.
There are no credits or refunds for missed classes. We have scheduled an extra week of classes, free of charge, to the first and third sessions, for probable snow-days. If any class has more than 2 cancellations due to weather, we will offer additional make-up options.
Drop Off/Pick Up
We are not responsible for dancers left on premises before or after classes. When dropping off young children, your teacher will meet you in the lobby and bring the dancers into the studio. If your dancer will be staying at the studio between classes, they are welcome to sit in the lobby during any break, we ask that they please do not go into the yoga studio area or dressing room while other classes are in session, as it can be a distraction to those classes - thank you!

Communication
We communicate most via e-mail. Please add us to your address book so our messages don’t get misdirected into your “junk mail” folder. We also have a private Facebook group where I will post any important info that has been emailed out: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2257458560
Dropping a Class
While we do not offer refunds or credits mid-session, if your dancer would like to discontinue for the 2nd or 3rd session - please email NutmegsDance@gmail.com so that we can turn off future payments. Please be sure to email us before the session begins, as we are not able to offer refunds or credits once the session has begun. Session Start Dates: 12/8, 2/16.
If your dancer finds that the class they’re in does not feel like the right fit, please reach out and we’d be happy to work with you to find an alternative class that fits them best.
Late Payments:
Tuition received over 14 days late will incur a $10 late fee.
Returned Checks:
Returned checks will incur a $30 fee. If we receive 2 returned checks, we will require payment by cash for future sessions/costume payments etc. Thank you for understanding.
