Disney Trip Information
Nutmeg’s has been accepted into the Disney Imagination Campus, and will be performing in Walt Disney World on October 26, 2025!

- Dancers wishing to participate in the Disney performance must participate in a Disney eligible Summer program or class, as that is where they will learn their dance for the performance.
- Disney requires that dancers be 7 years or older to perform.
- Family and friends are more than welcome to attend the trip, and can take advantage of our group rates as long as they book with our group.
- Families from the studio that would like to attend, even if they don’t have a
- performing dancer, are more than welcome to join!
- All dancers under 18 must have a parent or guardian in their room (it can be a friend’s parent, there just must be at least one guardian per room.) This will be their chaperone for the trip.
- We will learn all the dances this Summer, and will have a few rehearsals throughout the Summer and Fall to be sure we’re performance ready!
- The trip dates are October 24-28. Everyone is responsible for booking their own flights and ground transportation to and from the airport/Disney resort.*
Trip Pricing
Disney’s Pop Century Resort
Standard room: $210/night (regardless of occupancy, up to 4 people per room)
Total Hotel Cost:
$945 (includes 12.5% room tax per night)
Park Ticket Pricing:
3-Day Park Hopper Pass: $382/person (non-refundable)
*There will be an additional fee for our bus transportation to the backstage area at
Disney Springs. Once we have a count of dancers attending, we can book the bus, and
will let you know the additional amount due. (This payment is non-refundable.)
Payment Due Dates:
Non-refundable deposit of $236.25 (first night’s stay) to reserve your room is due no later than 1/25/25. Please include a list of who will be in your hotel room at this time. Deposits can be paid through cash, check, or Venmo: HeyMeg_Funk The remainder will be broken into 3 additional payments due:
- 3/25/25
- 6/25/25
- 8/15/25
If you need to cancel for any reason: Refunds, minus the non-refundable deposit, are available up to 60 days before the trip. Once we are within 60 days, all payments are non-refundable.
* Please also note - I would LOVE to hold several fundraisers for this trip! Bake sale at the show, car wash, fundraiser nights at local restaurants, and anything else you all can think of! It would be wonderful if we had a few parents who could help to organize a few fundraisers so that our dancers are able to offset some of the cost of this trip. Please let me know if you’d like to help out with this. :)
To Recap...
- The first payment/deposit (first night’s stay) is non-refundable, and is due by 1/25/25
- All other hotel payments are refundable up until 8/22/25
- Park Hopper Pass & bus transportation payments are non-refundable
- Friends and family attending the trip can take advantage of our discounted rates, but must book with the group
- All dancers under 18 must stay with one parent or guardian per room. That parent/guardian will be their chaperone for the trip.
- Please feel free to connect with other dancers/families to buddy up for rooms
- As a reminder - dances for our performance will be taught at our Summer Program, so, performers must participate in the Summer Program to perform in Disney World (Summer Intensive and Adult Street Jazz/Hip Hop are the performance eligible programs)
