Meg Fenton Funk
Founder and Artistic Director of Nutmeg's Dance & Theatre Co., is a graduate of the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts, where she studied Dance and Musical Theatre. She went on to earn her B.A. in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College, with minors in Dance Education and Musical Theatre.
While living in New York City, Meg performed on MTV's Direct Effect and The 100 Best Pop Songs of All Time, appearing alongside Jennifer Lopez and Carson Daly. She has continued to perform throughout Connecticut with Connecticut Concert Ballet, Opera House Players, and Theatre Guild of Simsbury, and has served as choreographer for the Granby Memorial High School Drama Club for the past four years.
